I was originally born in Colorado but was adopted and have lived in Kentucky my whole life. I have always loved being out in nature and doing things like hiking, swimming, fishing, trial riding, and everything else while being outside. I live on a farm, so at a very young age, I developed a love for all animals. I have two dogs, two horses, a cat, and chickens. We have many more animals that belong to my parents and siblings too. I always knew I wanted to work with animals and this job provided the perfect opportunity. I plan to keep working at You Dirty Dog to further my knowledge of dogs and eventually learn about other animals so I can help protect wildlife and the environment. My favorite part of my job is getting to meet new dogs and learn their different personalities. I especially love the warm days where we spend the whole day being active and having fun!
