My name is Kate! I am new to the grooming scene but not new to the dog world. I graduated Paragon pet grooming school in November of ‘23 and since then I have been putting my all into developing my skills through hands on practice, educational videos, and in person seminars. After working in the pet sitting industry for 4 years, I realized I was ready to take on a new career and a grooming opportunity with You Dirty Dog just fell in my lap like it was fate! I am eager to grow my craft and build relationships with every dog that comes through the door, and continue to love on the pups that I already have a great relationship with. As a Great Dane and German shepherd owner, I enjoy working on those two breeds but I do love a nice, curly doodle or a big, fluffy Pyrenees to work on! I also tend to favor golden retrievers. My wife Sam and I have a huge furry family at home. Our pack includes Great Danes, German shepherds, a blue heeler, an Aussie, a chihuahua, and a mix of mutts as well that we love all the same! In other words I am a crazy dog mom and I strive to take care of your pets the way that I would want mine taken care of, because they are my babies! I can’t wait to pamper your pups and I am thrilled to be a part of the You Dirty Dog family!
